It all begins with an idea. With a spark, some passion and willpower, TDS was born in Punjab Pakistan on the 9th Of January In 1968. Mr. A Z Tanvir launched a business which was unique at the time. TDS was one of the very few photography firms in Punjab Pakistan, and still have the biggest market share in the local area due to the leading customer service and unmatched product quality. We are very lucky to have such great guidance and help in understanding how important wedding photography really is.

Mr. Tanvir commonly teaches all his photography students and the TDS team to “always do justice to your work” and that “the wedding day is a very special moment for the bride and groom, so must be captured with full passion”. These tips and much more of his guidance has helped us in understanding the art of wedding photography.

Along with such high skill, he has an unmatched personality which carries an enormous positive vibe. A laughter and humour to keep everyone at ease and comfortable with unrivalled professionalism and passion for the wedding industry.

We are proud to be the 3rd Generation in the business from the Tanvir Family after Mr Tanvir founded the business in Punjab now covering the whole world. With family based branches in Europe and Asia.

In the year 1988, in an era with minimal technology, when other 12 year old children were out playing cricket, Mr Zeeshan was learning and mastering wedding photography. With a new and exciting approach to wedding film making, young Mr. Zeeshan invested a lot of time and his fathers expertise in taking TDS Productions up another level. In the year 1993 when editing, or mixing was just a myth, Zeeshan introduced it into the local market for weddings. Providing the clients a product that could only be dreamt of before. An edited video in 1993 blew all clients minds and expectations. This helped TDS become a brand that the whole of Punjab honoured.

Along with the speciality and skill Zeeshan carried for Media, He was a recognised weight lifter in the local community and promoted health and fitness. Along with this he won multiple swimming medals from which one was a gold medal for all of Pakistan 100m freestyle race.

After developing the Pakistan branch, it was now time for an expansion. This saw Zeeshan open a branch in The United Kingdom with ongoing guidance and support from his father, situated in the heart of The Midlands.

Zeeshan has seen photography develop from a complete analogue age to the digital era we live in now. From analogue cameras to Camcorders to SLR’s to DSLR’s and now the leading technology in mirrorless cameras. TDS pride ourselves in always being on top of the game in regards to having state of the art technology and moving with time. Zeeshan also has kept a collection along the way of all the main cameras and this provides for great motivation for all the younger team members, when they see all the years behind the firm in a physical item.

Now following his father MR A Z Tanivr’s footsteps, Zeeshan has transferred all of the previous knowledge and experience onto his two sons, Maz Ali & Dil Ali who you will get to know further down the page. Along with teaching his son’s, he has taught many others on how to succeed in this line of work. He believes teaching others won’t depreciate your own knowledge and that you should help others where possible.

Maz Ali, was the first member of the 3rd Generation in the Tanvir family to continue creating memories for wedding couples. He specialises in creative photography, high level cinematography and in depth editing. Along with field training at event , Maz pursued a formal education in Media Studies and Film Making. In these courses he acquired all A* results. The training in and education has helped bring TDS up yet another level. He carries an unmatched passion for this industry and always looks for ways to innovate in this industry to ensure the clients get unique products.

He has a passion for cameras in general and is well known amongst the whole film crew for his crazy investments in equipment such as lenses, lighting, audio and other products that help us increase our product quality year on year. He is always looking for unique products and techniques to up the game.

At such a young age, he has taught fellow team members invaluable techniques that he has aquired along the years. With a magnetic positive vibe, he makes sure the team is well looked after so they stay motivated and passionate. He makes sure client satisfaction is the main priority, he stays in constant contact with clients to ensure they get the service they deserve.
